Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not have a refund policy. Your request for exchange should be received within 3 days and your garment should be received within 7 days of purchase.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@prot-official.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

- Exchanges are only accepted within *3 days* of receiving your order.
- Ensure that items are returned in their original packaging.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
